Cara Mudah Elak Hati Sakit
السلام عليكم buat semua pembaca Blog Santai. Alhamdulillah kita masih diberi udara untuk bernafas serta berkongsi sedikit ilmu tentang cara mudah untuk mengelak hati daripada sakit atau mati. Semoga pesanan ringkas ini memberi manafaat untuk semua.
Setiap amalan bersumber daripada hati. Hati yang baik akan melahirkan perbuatan yang baik. Dan hati yang rosak hanya akan melahirkan perbuatan yang buruk. Meskipun ia melakukan kebaikan, namun tersimpan niat buruk di sebaliknya. Oleh itu, hati sangat menentukan kualiti amalan seseorang.
Rasulullah SAW bersabda: Ketahuilah, sesungguhnya di dalam tubuh manusia ada seketul daging. Apabila ia baik, maka baiklah seluruh jasad. Dan apabila ia rosak, maka rosaklah seluruh jasad. Ketahuilah, daging itu adalah hati. (riwayat Al-Bukhari dan Muslim).
Banyak cara yang kita boleh lakukan untuk memelihara hati kita daripada sakit atau mati. 7 Cara Mencuci Hati Manusia ada di sini. Namun yang paling senang adalah dengan menjaga solat kita kerana solat itu adalah ibu segala ibadah.
