8 Petua Untuk Hidup Tenang Dan Bahagia
Salam pagi Selasa untuk semua pembaca Blog Santai. Setiap dari kita pasti inginkan ketenangan dan kebahagiaan dalam hidup. Sebab itu dalam setiap doa kita, apa yang dipohon dari Allah adalah supaya dipanjangkan umur, dimurahkan rezeki, disihatkan tubuh badan serta diberikan kebahagiaan dan ketenangan dalam hidup. Jika kita telah memperolehi kebahagiaan dan ketenangan tersebut, seluruh tubuh badan kita akan merasa bahagia. Jiwa kita akan tenang dan sentiasa lapang. Bahagia yang kita perolehi tidak boleh dirasai oleh orang lain tapi ia akan kelihatan pada wajah dan perlakuan kita.
Sebaliknya jika kita tidak diberi kebahagiaan dan ketenangan tersebut, kita akan sentiasa dilamun keluh kesah, gelisah, kesempitan, merasa sepi dan tidak mempunyai apa-apa. Hidup kita tidak ada rasa dan tidak ada perisa, tawar dan kosong, walaupun mungkin kita hidup serba kemewahan. Namun kita tak boleh berputus asa kerana setiap masalah yang datang adalah ujian Allah samada secara pysically atau mentally. Jadi kita kena muhasabah diri dan kembali kepada Allah to seek HIS guidance. Banyak cara yang kita boleh lakukan. Antaranya:
1. Jika kita ingin kesihatan yang baik, banyakkan berpuasa.
2. Jika kita ingin wajah yang berseri, perbanyakkan qiamulai
3. Jika kita ingin dijauhi dari kesempitan, perbanyakkan bacaan Al Quran.
4. Jika kita ingin kebahagaiaan didunia dan akhirat, solatlah tepat pada waktu,
5. Jika kita inginkan ketenangan emosi, sentiasalah berada dalam keadaan berwuduq dan perbanyakkan istighfar
6. Jika kita ingin di jauhi rasa gelisah, perbanyakkan doa
7. Jika kita ingin hidup tanpa tekanan, amalkan bacaan ayat ini: La Hawla Wala Quwwata Ila Billah (لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله)
8. Jika kita inginkan kekayaan, perbanyakkan sedekah
Semoga petua di atas dapat membantu. Jaga Diri, Hiasi Peribadi & Selamat Beramal.
